BlingBook (referred to as "we" in this policy) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, as well as your rights regarding that data. By using our service, you agree to this policy.

1. What data do we collect?

To provide AI bookkeeping services, we collect the following types of data:

Bookkeeping data you provide: This includes amounts, notes, dates, and other bookkeeping-related information you record in groups.
Receipt images: Receipt images you upload for AI image recognition.
Your basic information: Your Telegram username, user ID, profile picture (if any), and language settings.
Basic group information: The group name, group ID, and group profile picture (if any).

2. How do we use this data?

We only use your data for the following purposes:

Providing core services: Your bookkeeping data and receipt images will be used for AI recognition and analysis to provide automatic bookkeeping functionality.
Data storage and access: Your bookkeeping data will be securely stored in our database so that you can access and manage it at any time through the Bot or Mini App.
Service improvement and analysis: We will analyze non-personalized, de-identified data to optimize AI models, improve service functionality, and provide a better user experience.

3. How do we store and protect this data?

Secure storage: Your data is stored in databases hosted on secure servers. We use encryption measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.
Security practices: We continuously monitor our systems to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

To provide AI recognition and processing services, some of the data you provide (such as receipt images and related text) may be transmitted to model providers to perform AI recognition and processing.

We implement the following data protection measures:

No use for training: We only use model providers that do not use content for model training.
Data retention: Prohibiting the use of data for training does not mean "Zero Data Retention." This means that your data may be temporarily retained on the providers' servers for the purpose of processing requests. We cannot control the internal processes of third-party services, but we select reputable partners that prioritize privacy.

5. Your rights regarding your data

You have the right to manage your data. Currently, you can:

Export data: Use the /export command to export all personal and group bookkeeping data stored on our servers.
Modify data: Through the Mini App, you can modify the content of any bookkeeping record at any time.
Delete data: This functionality is not yet available.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may modify this policy at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Bot or official channels. Continuing to use the service after the changes take effect indicates your agreement to and acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
