BlingBook (hereinafter referred to as "we") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, as well as your rights regarding your own data. By using our services, you agree to the content of this policy.

1. What data do we collect?

To provide AI bookkeeping services, we collect the following types of data:

Bookkeeping data provided by you: Includes amounts, notes, dates, and other bookkeeping-related information you record in groups.
Receipt images: Receipt images you upload for AI image recognition.
Your basic information: Your Telegram username, user ID, avatar (if any), and language settings.
Group basic information: Group name, group ID, and group avatar (if any).

2. How do we use this data?

We only use your data for the following purposes:

Providing core services: Your bookkeeping data and receipt images will be used for AI recognition and analysis to achieve automatic bookkeeping functions.
Data storage and query: Bookkeeping data will be securely stored in our database so that you can view and manage it at any time via the Bot or Mini App.
Service improvement and analysis: We will analyze non-personal de-identified data to optimize AI models, improve service functions, and provide better user experiences.

3. How do we store and protect this data?

Secure storage: Your data is stored in databases deployed on our secure servers. We have adopted encryption measures to ensure data security during transmission and storage.
Security practices: We continuously monitor the system to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or leakage.

To provide stable and efficient AI services, we cooperate with multiple AI service providers. Part of your data (such as receipt images) may be sent to these providers to complete AI recognition and processing.

We assure you:

Not for training purposes: We have signed agreements with all cooperating AI providers ensuring that your data (including images and text) will not be used to train their AI models.
Data retention: However, some providers may not offer a "Zero Retention" policy, meaning your data may temporarily remain on their servers for a period of time to process requests. We cannot control the internal processes of third-party services but we choose reputable partners who value privacy.

5. Your rights to your data

You have the right to manage your own data. Currently, you can:

Export data: Use the /export command to export all personal and group bookkeeping data stored on our servers.
Modify data: Through the Mini App, you can modify the content of any bookkeeping record at any time.
Delete data: Features pending.

6. Privacy Policy Changes

We may modify this policy at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Bot or official channels. Continuing to use the service after changes means you agree to and accept the new privacy policy.
